Recently spent 5 weeks here. Overall, wonderful place. Everything was wonderful "except" during my visit hot water was an ongoing problem. Believe they were awaiting a part for repair. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Rooms were clean. I slept very well. Location is safe. Well lit parking lot. Was promised 5,000 Hilton points upon checkout for "hot water" inconvenience. Haven't seen those points yet. Recommend staying here.

I recently stayed here for a week. The receptionist told me that they clean the rooms every other day during check-in which is fine. Got into my room, found coffee stains (easily cleanable) all over the kitchen counter, the shower curtains were barely holding on, and the shower tub was dirty. Called the front desk and was informed that it's been noted and that someone will come through the next day to replace the shower curtains and clean the counter. Cool, no problem. I came back the next evening to find the room in the same state. Called again, was told the same again. Next day same deal. This happened 3 days in a row. Nobody ever came to clean anything in the room. Came back in after my 4th day, I am now running low on towels, ran out of TP, found that the trash was taken out. Nothing else was done. Walked up to the desk to complain, the receptionist was friendly, handed me some towels and TP, but told me the same as the other 3 receptionists. My entire stay, the only room service I got was my trash removed once. Very disappointed.

Hotel was fine overall. The breakfasts' offered in the Home2 Suites are not as varied as ones in others that offer it. Premade breakfast sandwiches are frozen and no mayo is offered as a condiment. The hotel didn't advertise no daily maid service and was surprised of this when we returned after a day out find this out. Sucks getting into an unmade bed at the end of a long day. My comments may seem petty, just voicing my opinion. Thanks.

A nice place to stay. It does feel far from anything, but a couple of minutes down the road and you'll find anything you need. The rooms are very long. The fridge and microwave are very big. They leave plates, bowls and utensils. There's a toaster and bigger bowels in the drawers. The restroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash on the wall. They smell so good. There's a hair dryer in the drawer. The beds were not the best. They felt quite thin and springy. There's also no comforter. The breakfast was so disappointing. Basically, it's just waffles, cereal and oatmeal. Bad choices of cereal. Dry oatmeal. I got a vegetable omelet, but it still had pieces of ham. Yogurt and orange juice were the only things worth grabbing. The laundry was reasonably priced. $1 for a washer. $1 for 40 minutes of drying. I had the pool to myself for most of my stay.
